Holistic Trauma & Grief Therapy for Mind, Body, and Spirit

At Of Water, Earth, & Spirit Therapeutic Arts, we believe healing happens in many forms, and we’re here to honor yours. Whether you’re navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, or life transitions, we offer a space where your story, your culture, your spirit, and your body are all welcome.

Our practice blends trauma-informed care with somatic and nature-based therapy, and include spiritual integration when it aligns with your path.

Sessions are available virtually or in-person outdoors.

Somatic Therapy to Heal Anxiety, Trauma, & Nervous System Imbalance

Your body remembers what your mind may forget. Somatic therapy supports healing by helping you reconnect with your nervous system through grounding, breath, and body awareness—especially when working through trauma, anxiety, or overwhelm.

Hello! I’m Alan and I’m a first-generation, bilingual (English/Spanish) psychotherapist, spiritualist, and tarotist with over 15 years of experience in mental health.

As a Certified Grief Counseling Specialist with two Master's degrees in Psychology and Counseling, I support teens and adults through grief, trauma, and life transitions.

My work honors the emotional, cultural, and spiritual layers of healing—welcoming all of your identities, rituals, and traditions into the therapeutic space.

“Loving ourselves through the process of owning our story is the bravest thing we’ll ever do.”
